Custom Sticker Orders

Our custom stickers are made to order using artwork submitted by customers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and order details. Production begins after we receive the information needed to complete the order.

Custom sticker orders generally require 3–5 business days for processing after artwork is received.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to reproduce it.

You grant The Sundries Trove permission to use your submitted artwork solely as necessary to produce and fulfill your order.

We may decline artwork that we reasonably believe infringes another party's intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

Payments

Payment is required when placing an order. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders within the United States.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because custom products are personalized, we generally do not accept returns for changes of mind.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
